Sand Core Making Process

The sand core creates water channels inside the faucet.

Gravity Casting

Fix the prepared mold and sand core in a gravity die casting machine, melt high-quality brass ingots in a high-temperature furnace, inject liquid copper into the mold, and let the brass flow through the entire mold by gravity. After a short period of cooling, the main body of the faucet is formed .

CNC machining

CNC machining machines perform various cutting operations on the main body, such as turning, drilling, thread cutting and thread cutting. Reach the required dimensional accuracy and meet the drawing requirements.

Electroplate

Chrome & Black

PVD

PVD Gold, Rose Gold, Blue. PVD allows molecules to bond on the surface of the faucet in a vacuum environment, enhancing the chemical resistance and wear resistance of the product.

Painting

Black, White, Pink, Painted Finishes Start by applying a coat of paint to the surface of the faucet with a spray gun. Then the faucet is baked.

2. Tightness test:100% test the air tightness of the faucet, 100% Water & Air Test
3. Water Flow Testing:Adjust faucet configurations to flow standards in each country
